This is my NEW, old blog. I imported my old posts here, in case they look familiar. I decided to change the title of my blog because I like it better. And I think I have finally decided on a name to call my updates and newsletters, rather than the generic "News from Monterrey (or wherever I've been since then)" that I have used. Some people use clever names, like the Browns, missionaries in Brazil, call their updates "The Brown Paper" and its usually printed on tan paper about the Browns. Cute. But I've decided to call mine "A Journey to God's Heart" and just put when and where on the side, rather than basing it on the name of the place I go.
Its no longer about going cool places or traveling alot, its about getting to God's heart and hearing where He is leading. Wherever He leads, I go. In my life, that will be many cities, towns, bush villages, remote rivers, countries, and continents. It doesn't matter anymore the places I go. Mozambique to me, is of the same importance as Connecticut or Georgia. Its all the same importance to God. Poverty and riches don't matter, we're all God's children.
